Eight years ago, I said yes to a dream. It was personal, divine, and necessary. I couldn’t see every detail back then, but I knew the assignment. I was called to build something that wasn’t just about hair. It had to be about care. And with time, intention, and faith, that dream became On The Runnn.

This journey has taught me what it means to be responsible for something greater than myself. On The Runnn has held me accountable and helped me grow into the kind of woman, stylist, and leader I once only imagined. It’s taught me the power of consistency, the value of diligence, and the beauty of showing up especially when people are counting on you.

Through this platform, I’ve learned how powerful care can be when it’s rooted in connection. Real, sustainable relationships are built on more than great hair. When you lead with emotional intelligence and intention, you create space for healing, confidence, and trust. That’s always been the heart of what we do.

A Brand Built on Care

One thing people often say about On The Runnn is that we care differently. And they’re absolutely right. We listen. We adjust. We never assume. That commitment to care is what drives our growth.

Right now, I’m studying with the International Association of Trichologists, continuing my education to become a certified trichologist. Because I want to serve our clients not just with beautiful styles, but with real solutions rooted in scalp health and hair science.

That same mindset is why we’ve always prioritized hair assessments and consultations, preservation styles, intentional color, and realistic maintenance plans. We don’t just want you to look good. We want your hair to be good. That’s what On The Runnn means to me: a place where care meets consistency, and where vision becomes reality, one client at a time.

Clients often describe On The Runnn as more than a salon. They talk about soul care, not just hair care. Over the years, women have shared how they’ve left the chair not only looking better but feeling restored. Whether it’s creating space for emotional healing, offering education that empowers, or simply being met with patience, professionalism, and real attention to detail, the feedback has been consistent. From bounce-back recoveries after damage to long-term transformations in hair health and self-image, the impact goes beyond style, it’s about being truly seen and supported.

A Platform With Purpose

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of styling and supporting high-performing women - leaders, mothers, founders who trust me with both their time and their presence. I’ve shown up at the Essence Festival, Momference, industry trainings, and private retreats.

Today, I’m proud to serve as a STRAND Network ambassador, continuing to grow in both skill and community.

But what grounds me most is this: On The Runnn was built with intention, sustained by faith, and shaped by every client who walked through our doors and allowed us to care for them. That trust is sacred to me. And I’m grateful for every part of it.
